All staff are given full training whether they work in the office or in care.
CaringLinks Staff work towards or have already achieved their NVQ in Health and Social Care or Office Administration if they work in the office.
Training is delivered taking an eclectic approach combining face to face training e- learning, visits from an external provider and attending training at the Royal Derby Hospital if specialist training is required.
Deciding on the right care at home is an important decision to make.

So decide;

-
How much can you afford to pay?
-
Enquire if you can receive any financial assistance for the care you need?

-
How long have they been in business?
-
Are they a regulated agency with CQC?
-
How do they recruit staff and do they have the appropriate checks i.e. two references, full DBS?
-
What service do they provide and can they provide the times you want?
-
What are their fees?
-
Is there a contract and for how long?
-
