To ensure this we have implemented the use of CM2000 along with Care Line live which allows the carers to log in and out of calls the system informs the office when the carers have arrived and that you are safe and your call is taking place. Care is delivered safely.
Allows a member of your family to be alerted that your call has taken place and they can see at a glance what care you have received. and therefore saves worry as it provides real time documentation.
Going paperless also helps the environment.
