My husband was automatically allocated a care company, I didn’t feel like he was being cared for properly, we just couldn’t get on with the staff and he didn’t like them. This made me very upset. I spoke with the District Nursing Team and asked them if we could switch care providers, and they said yes and gave us a list. On that list there was only one company that stood out and that was CaringLinks. I said to my family they have care in the name so they must be caring people, So we took a chance with CaringLinks and never looked back. My husband had a diagnosis of dementia and the staff were able to handle all the bad bits and bobs that come with that sort of diagnosis, he was so well looked after and staff went above and beyond to make him happy, he built a great repour with staff and they made him laugh, we was so happy to hear him chuckling as it felt like such a long time, he loved the staff at CaringLinks. The District Nursing team also commented on how well CaringLinks looked after my Husband

I never thought I would end up in the position I’m in, needing Carers. When I took ill, I knew I wanted CaringLinks, I said I’m not having anyone else. I cannot fault any of the staff, They do care, and I don’t think 5 stars is enough for what you all do.
28/08/24 I am writing on behalf of my late husband and myself and would like to thank you all for the care that you gave him throughout his illness.
We as a family very much appreciated everything you have done for my husband and ourselves during such difficult time.
With thanks

CaringLinks are very very good, my only comment is that sometimes staff arrive early or late, but we understand that comes with the industry. We are very very grateful for everything you do for Jean, it’s worth its weight in gold.

All staff that come are always happy, we like to have a chit chat with them. It’s hard when you get used to staff and then they leave. Overall we are happy with the care that my husband receives

Everyone at CaringLinks is so caring, staff go above and beyond, you all make me feel happy especially when I’ve had a visit from the District Nurses as this makes me very emotional, but you guys always cheer me up. When I first started, I thought I was going to lose all my independence, but I feel like I have more independence now because of you guys. You all make me feel so comfortable.
2021 Hi Karen
It was a sad moment when mum Dorothy had dementia but good has come from those sad days as if it wasn't for this you would never have given Grace a try at caring and through the experiences Grace turned out to be a natural at caring and has since gone on to become HCA at Royal Derby and then today went for a interview at Milton Keynes hospital as she is moving and the vacancy was for Senior Healthcare Assistant in A and E again. They offered her the position on the spot as they had heard excellent reports about her character and care she gives to others and staff.

We have been with Caring Links since Feb 2021 until date. We have been very happy with the service provided for my mother who is bed bound and has dementia. The carers are very warm and thoughtful and very patient with her. I wanted to specially thank her regular carers - Wendy / Heather / Jadene / Morgan / Nikola / Narges / Shanelle / Katie. I would also want to thank the carers who come in when the regulars are away namely Kaci / Amy/ Petra/ Achala / Carol / Lily / Kirsty. There are also other carers who have left the agency and have been really great in supporting us. Thank you for all your efforts in helping Mummy and us.

As you know my Mum Margaret had refused any help and was the sole carer for Dad which is a huge, daunting, endless exhausting task, which she did with so much love, and when the carers arrived from Caringlinks, their lives changed for the better.
The fabulous staff that work for you, have been a life line providing Dad with the care he needed and the support for my Mum to be able to keep Dad at home for as long as possible, fulfilling their wish, to stay together at home. The friendly faces, smiles and laughs that came in each day really enriched their lives this year and I know they looked forward to the carers calling throughout the day. Special thanks to Jade, Shanelle, Wendy, Heather, Nikola and Morgan who visited regularly and made life better for them both, they were very grateful for the help and care at every visit.
It's with great sadness that the devastating change on Tuesday following the sudden death of my Mum, meant that Dad was moved the same day to a nursing home for emergency respite care and unfortunately will have to stay there as being home without Mum sadly isn't an option.
I would like to thank all the carers that have visited this year, with special thanks to Nikola and Morgan for being there on Tuesday on quite honestly the worst day of my life. I am sorry they had to share in our families sadness that day, but they looked after Dad amazingly and were so professional as always, despite the tragic circumstances and said a special goodbye to Mum before they left, thank you so much.
I will post a small card to thank them both personally if you would be kind enough to pass these on.

As a Social Worker, I wanted to provide feedback in respect of Caring Links, who are currently working with an active case on my caseload.
Since I have worked with Caring Links they have always been very transparent with information sharing and strive to keep me updated. They have been keen to let me know of issues, then made efforts to meet with those affected, so as to listen to the person and where applicable, seek to make changes or improvements.
Just like, many similar, challenging circumstances, where care is offered in community, difficult dynamics have been prevalent. However at those times they have strived to take on board important information that relates to the person and tried their best to act on it.
Further to that, whenever a home meeting has been organised, a Caring Links representative has made time to attend the face to face meetings.
Those meetings have arguably, seen an improvement in communication and I feel show, they are committed to providing a good service.
